Unreal, never seen so many ways to protect the states revenue stream


Here is a single law to fix all of this.

All previous laws concerning alcohol are void and replaced with the following.

It is unlawful to purchase, consume or posses any beverage containing alcohol if you are not at least 21 years old.

Any business may sell beverages containing alcohol in line with above if they have received a permit to do so from the state and pay x% of gross sales dollars in tax to the state.

Anyone may brew or distill beverages containing alcohol. Any sales of the resulting product must be in accordance with above.

Boom, done.
