Nobody believes that a constant revolving door is the way to reconstruct a program long term. However, in the short run there are often some starts and stops in finding the right mix to get things jump started. The fine line coaches walk with that is at some point the starts and stops go from being considered "settling in" to defining what the program and staff is about and once that line is crossed the job becomes exponentially more difficult. Just my opinion but, they have not crossed that line yet. However, that line gets closer with each passing year.
