Dial is a capable 3rd pitcher on a good power 5 team. She obviously needs a good pitching coach, for she allowed 402 base runners ( not counting those who reached base on errors) in 248 innings pitched while giving up a whopping 42 home runs with 41 wild pitches. That being said she had some impressive victories this past season.
