Anyway to test cable company line strength?

I have Cox ISP and a few years back they said my signal was weak so they installed a line booster in my house. A few months later they dug up my yard and replaced the cable from the street to my house. And they claimed I wouldn't need the booster anymore. Wrong.

Anyway, when they initially said my signal was weak the guy in my house pulled up a website showing my signal strength.
I'm sure that website was a cox propriety website but does anyone know how to test cable line
strength? Not for internet but cable tv line strength.
