I'm sensing a little sarcasm here...


that isn't necessarily aimed at the kid. Maybe the parents who never think they're doing enough, or as you suggest some sort of supervisory rules which have stepped off into the absurd, that is, in good concious the person can't think of a single good thing about the kid, the kid needs help but that doesn't mean there's anything redeeming about him. so...
