There’s pace of play rules in MLB. There should be in ncaa too. Keep one foot in the damn box between pitches and take the sign from 3b coach. No reason to step all the way out of box adjust batting gloves when you didn’t even swing, check sign, then Fanny pack because we are so “secretive” or just too stupid to learn indicators and signs.
