The Pale Horse, in the books, refers to the plague that came to the slaver


city that she conquered. The first refugee from another city showed up on a pale mare, and during the siege of that city, people who got sick were referred to as riding the pale mare.

So I think that pale mare bit has already happened prophecy wise.

Not that the show cares about closing the loop on prophecy, because Cersei sure didn't get killed by the little brother or younger sibling or however you want to interpret that word. Every other part of her prophecy comes true, but the show writers just decided to ditch the end of it.
