Honestly, relaxed waivers is a bigger deal than the transfer portal.


So kids don't need permission to transfer anymore. Eh...I don't think that's the real game changer here.

The game changer is that the NCAA is handing out waivers like candy. I'm actually for that because I'm a freedom guy, but that's what's driving the bus here.
