Anyone been to Eleuthera in the Bahamas?

Flights and a couple houses booked (one up north and one down south to split the week). Seeking advice on vehicle (preferably 4 door Wrangler or Mini Moke) rental, as well as any good watering holes and/or must see/dos.

Headed there two weeks from now for post graduation trip. Thanks in advance for any tips!
