So... about the ACCN...
As future subscribers to the ACCN in August... what will be on TV? Obviously there will be some selected football games on Fall Saturdays and some selected basketball games from Nov - Feb... but then what? I assume there will also be plenty of baseball, soccer, softball, lax and other olympic sports... which have small niche audiences I suppose.
Any word / insight / speculation on the following?
- ACC Football Weekly - some studio blah blah about the coming games (Clemson centric)
- ACC Hoops Weekly - some studio blah blah about coming games (Duke, UNC centric)
- Coaches shows - will we see all 14 coaches shows during the week?
- ACC in 60 - The only thing I found interesting on the BTN was something called B1G in 60 where they replay a football game from the previous week in one hour with all the commercials cut out. I could see watching that.
- Historic ACC game replays - half of which will not be "ACC" games, but Big East games or Independent games since half the league is new-ish historically. And if they do this... would ND games (prior to the ACC schedule agreement) be shown?
- Any special team-centric programming? - is VT working on 30 or 60 specials that focus on great moments / teams / players in VT history? (for example)
Just curious of anything like that has been announced. I admit I almost never watch the SECN or BTN because I just don't care about their teams. I could get into ACCN if they had decent programming available.
