Lots of chicken breast has added solution... and I feel like that is what


is causing it. maybe they added more, or changed the solution to increase shelf-life... whatever it is, most people cook all the moisture right out of the breast and it turns out rubbery. Plus, everyone basically overcooks it to prevent salmonella. I don't get breasts any more. I go for thighs.
