Like Horse Racing..

You can have a stable full of great horses but If you don't know what you are doing or try coaching them up. And try to make it just of off talent, you will lose. I have followed VT softball for years and seen just what I posted. Nothing against him at all but P5 level of coaching was way above him. We see what a coach does and I'm dern proud to watch his first year ..
