Magarity and Emery questions

Roanoke Times article linked below suggests that one or both may be taken in upcoming WNBA draft.

Question #1: Are Magarity and Emery the best ever at VT at their positions?

Question #2: If they are drafted (or even just invited to team camps), that would suggest they were among the very best seniors in the NCAA last season. Given that, should VT have been more successful in terms of wins/losses?
