BIG thx @whomever put me onto: Downton Abbey!!! 3-cheers @you! LOVE what
this show reminds me of in reposed mum's maternal side terms.
The Downton aging dowager truly reminds of my maternal Grandmother.
Everything strict etiquette-wise. Formal. Presented. A+++ well-kept.
Fastidious/neat-max'. Tho' loving. And family 1st above all else.
Also stunned by all the background little knickknacks or bric-a-brac I
see that mum had accrued somewhere/somehow along the way...
Metric tons of little highlander/Scottish or U.K. English
trimmings that deeply remind me of mum and all
of her late peeps trimmings and items.
As I've been the oldest living maternal relative in the world on
mum's side for about 7 years now. (WWII/hitler really
ethered both sides of my fam').
: ( : ( : (
And seeing all of the things that remind of mum, her mother and her aunt
are a real sincere joy to revisit all these decades later.
---------------------
Plus the show is excellent. Girls=perfectly cast.
The show is visually/costuming and setting(s) pure Aces. Truly.
And Hugh Bonneville laying the law down is just priceless. (even looks a bit like pop).
thank you so much!!!
