Coach change is a little different than a job change to those that remain

If you worked for a company (or were a customer of) and a guy left said company for a better opportunity and took the whole department with him other than a few guys in the warehouse that does not generate any sort of response other than good for him.

I like him a lot and this isnt really directed at Buzz at all because this isnt about his right as an employee (or I guess someone under contract) but rather as my right as a fan to react to news about my team. When I am angry about something bad about my team and there is an object for that anger well then if I name it so be it.

I get that we are an attractive job now because of Buzz but there are plenty of programs out there who have failed to find their glory days after a good coach leaves (see Arkansas, GT, UCLA, Indiana, etc.). It just is much less of a guarantee than with a guy who you know what you have.
