I understand the pain, but I think the hate talk is ridiculous. The same people deriding Buzz for taking another opportunity are the ones that would be calling for his head if we went 4-12 in the ACC. As a coach, you know you are only as good as your previous season - hell, look at A&M’s last coach. If you want to move to TX and an opportunity to do so avails itself and improves your income, you take it.

Many on here are being completely irrational, in my opinion.

Buzz did what he was hired to do - get all of you to care about basketball again. We made it farther in the NCAA than we have since before I was born and I am nearly 50. Are you telling me you think we are not better off by him being here? Hogwash.

At a minimum, Buzz’s success has invigorated a fan base AND made the job more attractive allowing us to land a better coach.
