He really is a sincere guy. I worked with the Christiansburg team for years while my son wrestled and we ran in the same circles for quite a while.
One particular time sticks out.... we where at the Va Duals with both a middle school team and our high school team. Cael was out on the mat actually drilling and working out. So the kids of course, started drilling on the mat with him, emulating him. Cael would take to time to clean up any of the sloppiness he saw in the boys drilling. He told them all how important it was to drill correctly (of course, they had heard this all from Dresser and Weber for years. But it's nice to hear it from him too).
