Wrestling starts at 11 am with all consolation semifinals. McFadden wrestles Daniel Lewis, the #2 seed from Missouri. This match will probably be around noon.

After the semis, the 3rd, 5th, and 7th place matches will wrestle simultaneously. DMF and ZZ will both wrestle, DMF for 3rd or 5th and ZZ for 7th against Dakota Greer of Oklahoma State. He’s only the 26 seed but he’s beaten the 7, 2, and 13 seeds to get here.

Finals start at 7 pm. Lewis will wrestle Vincenzo Joseph, the #2 seed from Penn State. Joseph is the defending champion at this weight and was undefeated this year until losing to Alex Marinelli in the Big 10 finals. If Lewis, the #8 seed, wins he’ll be the first NCAA champion from Virginia Tech.
