Yeah, so sticking to the science here...

That our minds really do re-wire themselves up to age 30 just as a bio-mechanical fact it should be up to the accuser to prove that we are, in fact, the same person.

It is kind of scary, the beginnings of a totalitarian state like Orwell described where your neighbors turn you and you do the same to them.
