As I love the scenery... the Roman Conquest of Briton is surely
not shark-jumping in Telly terms. Granted. Fresh material.

Tho' it strikes me as polytheistic Castle Keep vs. a polytheistic Castle Keep.
Kinda nutty to follow... as who is on who's side?
Will there be a cow driving in circles?!?

Do like the Roman commanding General/Praetor guy: (Aulus Plautius).
Who was real peep and all that good historic stuff.
David Morrissey was very very well cast here.
Imperialism elitism he gots.
In spades.

And there is some indigenous dish/wench talent.
Did not even vaguely recognize the Outlander (Jamie's sis') chick; either.

And I do like it enough... just can't seem to find its ceiling or even
it's floor. Like it almost, is just about to, maybe/sorta/kinda get real good,
and then it just gets confused again. Smoothers itself or can't get outta its own way.
