I've lived in #1, #7, and #11. Los Angeles had by far the most passive drivers of the lot. You turn your blinker on, they let you in. No fuss no muss.

Everyone drives very chilled and relaxed because, face it, no one is getting anywhere quickly so why be a-holes about it?
