It will give you a good look at where the traffic bottlenecks around here.

I’m addition to what the other guys mentioned there is stuff around Concord mills which is also near the speedway and a quick drive to where we have concerts.

Also it takes roughly 45-60 minutes to get from SC state line in south to the northernmost suburbs in Mooresville. So if you are on south side you are closer to Atlanta, Hilton Head and other getaways. On the north side you are that much closer to VT, all things Virginia, Raleigh.

There are new houses being built all over the place so you could easily get new construction if you wanted. Oh and Southpark is the only mall worth going to and that is on the southern side.
