and I think there is one other thing that plays in to the difference in the openness of the two men. They are largely in very different places in terms of the development of the programs they are running, the impact of social media and instant communication and just the politics of replacing their predecessor. This is not to excuse some basic tools of communication like a depth chart that really have no excuse, in my opinion. I will be interested to see how, if, things change over time as Fuente settles more in to the position.
