can coach and game plan with a bunch of one and done guys is relatively limited compared to what you can accomplish with a team balanced with seniors and juniors that have gelled together. I don't think Buzz would ever find himself in a situation of coaching a roster full of these guys but his boot camp system wouldn't work for a team like that and he would adjust. doesn't make it lazy, just different.
