I don't see where it's any of the ACC's business how many folks VT, or Clemson, or WF decides to take with it on the road. The ACC isn't footing the travel bill, the individual school is footing the bill.

The only time when it is the ACC's business, to a degree, is for bowl games. ACC subsidizes every school who goes to a bowl, with money from the bowl money kitty, before it then divides the net with all the other schools.

Of course a team going to the Orange gets a lot more expense money than one going to the Military bowl.
