For example ACC teams currently are only allowed to dress 72 players for away games. It is possible the ACC could decide to reduce that number as much as 10. What disadvantages and safety issues could the away team have to deal with if it dresses only 60 players and the home team is allowed to dress 85-95 (including walk-ons)?
