Research firm.

We use lubricants in our day to day work activities but it's far far down the list of things we buy both in quantity and $.

They basically just ask how you go through your decision making process to purchase lubricants. What's important to you, what isn't? What brands do you buy? Do you really care about those brands or would you buy others? Would you buy from anyone or do you have loyalty to a vendor?
