Need to have enough QBs to throw to develop all receivers down depth chart.


In addition to being a stopgap if the guys ahead of him get hurt, he'll also be a valuable part of the team in throwing to all the 2nd and 3rd string receivers, keeping them in shape, and helping them develop. May also QB the scout team, helping our defense.
