I'm going to put one in my attic.

But no mountain obstacles in the 757. I can get most of our "local" channels with a small boosted "indoor" antenna. Have a feeling a full size antenna in the attic will provide significantly better reception.

Wonder how your satellite neighbors get local broadcasts. Does DirectTV and/or Dish provide locals?
