Dog owners help


So my neighbor has a husky. She’s gone for the week and I’m watching her. I let her out in the courtyard in the morning to run and relieve herself. This dog will not come inside. It’s pretty cold up here and I have to chase her and wrestler her to get her inside. Is there a better way? I I’m not familiar with these dogs and this one is stubborn
