I ran by and it looks like they are (at a minimum) replacing the padded portions of the walls. The outfield wall was down (well, the posts and some connecting beams were still up, but the padded parts were gone), and it looked like they were taking down the padded parts around the infield as well. I saw a few pallets of what looked like new walls in Lot 4 by the track.

I also saw that there were a couple guys working on/near the scoreboard at the baseball field. Yesterday they had a lift there (but nobody on it when I was down there), and today there were a couple of guys working around it. One was on a short ladder, and it looked like they were doing some electrical work.
