Do any of you have a large wine refrigerator? 150 to 200 bottle capacity?

I'm looking for suggestions on what brands and models to look at, and also where to potentially buy one.

Well reviewed, lockable, definitely under $2K, preferably closer to $1K. I wouldn't be opposed to coming in under that even.
