Players that decommit or transfer, players that skip bowl games, etc. How does it impact their career outcomes in college or the pros?

There are so many kids with talent, the difference between good and great is often the little things like how hard they work, how they respond to challenges, etc. With all the data being collected and analyzed, I'm sure someone is evaluating it to see if there's a relationship.
