Change in tactics related to VT studies.


Sounds like hockey pucks are more of a talking point and fund raiser. The main idea is a shift from, hide and be quiet, to assess the situation, and choose to barricade and cover, spread out and prepare to defend or escape if possible. The training relates to the shift from intruders being hostage takers to wanting to inflict the most damage quickly. The studies of what happened at VT played a big role in the shift in training. FWIW.
