Neither. Buy a pellet grill.

I bought a Green Mountain Grill pellet grill last year, and absolutely love it. Can sear steaks on it if I want, or crank it down low and smoke a brisket or pork butt. The version I have has built in WiFi and an accompanying app, so I can remotely monitor and adjust grill temp, as well as set up different profiles for different meats.
