Intermittent Fasting?


I don't want to go a whole day, but I have had some success doing limited hours fasting. Basically I only eat between 11am and 730pmish.

Figure it can't hurt to skip the bacon,egg, and cheese bagel I was having most mornings. Not like that alone is causing drastic weight change, but it is trending in the correct direction for once.
