Hard to make a judgement until hearing exactly what she's telling them...

It may be very basic, like telling her players that they are always representatives of the program and the university on and off the field, so don't embarrass them with inappropriate behavior or dress? I doubt she's telling them to wear specific clothing, unless it's what NOT to wear?
