This isn't business this is sports. Guys get fully guaranteed contracts...


...for extended periods of time. As in if they sign the contract, play one year and get hurt they get paid for the remainder of the contract for doing nothing. Dan Snyder of the Redskins is probably paying something like 5 head coaches based on the contracts they sign.
