Going to PSU in no way can be bad for you if you can't crack the lineup you can transfer out a be a hot commodity because with the way they're recruiting chances are you were a bluechip that got recruited over and if you don't transfer out sit back and collect rings. The RTC angle is hit or miss. I think it's stupid to make that claim because you can't project who is going to be a bust or not or get hurt so to put money into something so uncertain is just dumb and asking for a whistleblower.
