Yup, all of the above...
But it starts with hiring many full-time employees solely focused on recruiting efforts. Recruiting needs to be a business within a business. That includes full time staff for operations, engagement, brand awareness, marketing, graphic design, event planning, etc. we don’t have nearly the amount of hired resources that Clemson has. Couple that with the dollars they spent on a new modern football facility and we can’t even compete with their recruits.
