So back to my question - what exactly does that money do for recruiting?

I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm sincerely asking, because I don't know the answer: what does more money for recruiting do legally that Fuente can't already do with the funds available to him? Is he/his staff not able to travel enough to scout? Is he unable to host as many recruits for official visits as allowed by NCAA rules?

What specifically does more money do for the current staff?
