Homemade Chex mix....in the air fryer. YUMMMMM.

Worked really well. Cooked and crisp and delicious in about 8 minutes. Oven method usually takes me 90 minutes. Microwave can be quicker, but usually either burns if you don't stir it VERY frequently or use too high of a setting, and it also usually comes out a bit soggy.

Melt the butter and add your seasonings as usual. Mix and coat well, put in air fryer for about 8 minutes at 350, stirring it every 2 minutes or so.
