If it's gonna be hot til November, you have no worries. This is absolutely the best stuff I ever used. Kills broadleaf weeds and the grass keeps on truckin'. Professional turf farmers and golf course groundskeepers use it and they make smaller size containers for home use. The green product is made for your climate zone. Being in Virginia, I use the red product. It works much better than any national brand (Ortho, Bayer, etc).
