So. Any other geezers with hearing aid?

I have come to the conclusion they suck. Sure, they made sounds louder. But they dont help much in understanding what is being said. And good god. Forget about wearing them in a loud environment like a restaurant. Nothing but noise. Have had mine reprogramned numerous times and can tell no difference. 5K and Im ready to throw them in the trash.
