the only reason I'm calling is because I'm not checking my account balance or trying to pay a bill or want to report an outage, I really now get this have a unique question which I'm not going to ask in Spanish.

This is like the second time in a couple of days. The first one OPM calling about my annuity went directly from one hours of operation message to another one, eg, it kicked over from the first telephone exchange to another one and then it hung up. Awesome.

I've also dealt with two websites that seem to have password issues, Marriot and BGE. Just having a rough stretch I guess.
