Neil Young is not Rusty Young's brother.

Rusty Young is one of the founders of Poco, along with Richie Furay and Jim Messina, who came out of Buffalo Springfield, which had included N. Young. More recently, Rusty wrote a song explaining that he and Neil are not related.
