Some time before 2008, as I rode the MARC into DC from Merlin,

I used to see a graffito that said "Bush hates Borf" on a building somewhere between Silver Spring station and Union Station. After Dubya stepped down, that one was replaced by "Obama hates Borf". I wondered "Who the heck is Borf, and why does he think both presidents hate him?"

More recently, I've seen one or two that mention Trump, but without any Borf.
