tells me there was a pattern of conduct/communication/behaviour that was causing them to potentially lose recruits/wrestlers...but as I have said I dont know. The impression I get from the kanen storr situation and how it was handled .....smells like poor interpersonal skills with the wrestlers.....

Clearly KD communicated this in the most direct way possible without being specific for a reason..... that Zadick was not being let go because of his lack of wrestling technical knowledge but he was being let go.. ... to me when you consider in the manner in how its been communicated he is sending a message to recruits / current wrestlers /parents ....
