Hard to believe they wouldn't have tied that to some other public rate(tbills, etc.). Be interesting to know whether Bonilla's agent was a good negotiator or if the Wilpon boys and their financial guys were just that gullible. Maybe Bernie told them 10 was the worst they were going to do.;-)
