I think Trafalgar more than Leipzig


Once that happened it was clear that England wasn't going away and from there Napoleon made a series of mistakes (particularly Spain and Russia) trying to cope with them.

I'd also add Ain Julat which was the high water mark for the Mongols.

Maybe Tsushima, establishing Japan as a naval force and Russia as not. The Russo-Japanese war was also a big step toward the Russian Revolution.
